Finance guy lied about the price and coverage of an extended warranty and found out about it after we received the paperwork in the mail. Did not tell us that they only had one key for the vehicle until after the sale. Put the cheapest set of mismatched tires imaginable on nice cars to move inventory. Give you an insulting offer for your trade in. Transmission is already acting up and it sounds like a wheel bearing is going out less than 1000 miles later. Go anywhere else...except Jim Hudson. They would get 0 stars. More
This dealership runs hot and cold. One time you visit and all is well, questions answered, okey dokey. Next time there is a problem you feel should never have happened. Last week I One time you visit and all is well, questions answered, okey dokey. Next time there is a problem you feel should never have happened. Last week I had my car in for service. And of course there is the "Multi Point Inspection." You and I know why that is a must. And sure enough a replacement rec was made for a part(s) that was almost brand new. Seriously, almost brand new. I went home, double checked my info (paper work) and sure enough, I was correct. As is customary for me, I like to speak to someone in person or on the phone directly. I put in a call for the service advisor. Had to leave a message with the person who answered the phone - this assumes it was forwarded to the advisor), but after two days no one has bothered to return the call. So, I feel justified in leaving this review. I cannot trust a dealership that is dishonest. This will be my last experience (and we bought this car from them). Very sad. More
OMG! These people scuffed the paint on a brand new vehicle. Then tried to say that I must have done it after I left the service area. No way. Please do yo These people scuffed the paint on a brand new vehicle. Then tried to say that I must have done it after I left the service area. No way. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I can’t speak about the sales department, but the service area just lost a customer and I have been taking my cars there since before Covid… They (service managers!) were yelling at me and acting all tough. It was ridiculous, but it’s all good. You live and you learn. Be careful! More

On our way back to New York our motor blew and we had no choice but to go here . First they tried to rip me off by saying the caliber needs to be replaced too but my warranty company Zurich won’t cover it u choice but to go here . First they tried to rip me off by saying the caliber needs to be replaced too but my warranty company Zurich won’t cover it unless I pay $595 for new brake pads and rotors. I called Zurich and they told me they were never told about a caliber and also said they don’t care about brake pads or rotors because what is covered is covered. They had no problem replacing the caliber . So I figured I know this game and I’ll play along. So I text this lady back and play a bullsh!t game of can she please look into it and how I wanted to get her a gift card for all her help( you know ripping me off and all) well a couple of minutes later she gets back to me with her requested choice of said gift card. Lol yeah right she didn’t get 💩 but she did all the sudden get the caliber approved. Well fast do to picking up my car and mysteriously all my covers disappeared. The motor shield, heat shield and under the car shield. So I call them she says sorry and they were going to get them and ship them to me. Well now they are saying none of them were there when they got the car. My car was just looked over by Lia Honda in my 3 weeks before we went on vacation and they were all there. When we popped the hood on the car when the motor blew they were all there. I got a lawyer. I also have all the texts More

I brought my 2013 Honda Accord to Killian Commons Parkway in March the beginning. I let them know that a clip to my manifold was broken and that my valves were tapping in my car.. they kept my car for a mont in March the beginning. I let them know that a clip to my manifold was broken and that my valves were tapping in my car.. they kept my car for a month and didn't cut the engine light off. When I first got my car back they didn't hook up the transmission hoses which made my car skip gears down the street roughly immediately brought it back to them. they kept it 2 days and then gave it back. They charged me $3,500 and inform me that they had fixed everything on my car and gave me a discount. They kept my car a week.. Got it back 3 days later my check engine light was on. The manager informed me to bring my car back so I did they kept it three days. I got my car back the check engine light stayed off for four days this time and then when the computer reset it came back on by this time I'm frustrated and it's April. The check engine light wasn't off but he told me I could drive it because it was just an emissions problem and it wouldn't affect my car. Maria's point I was disgusted because they had already had my car a month and a half never offered me a loaner car and never fixed my car completely they gave me a car that was halfway fixed I'm still working out of town and didn't come back until the end of May. I decided to just save my money and take it to another Honda dealer on another side of town to see if they can fix the problems that Midlands Honda on Killian Commons Parkway gave me .if I were you I wouldn't take your car here because they're not going to completely fix it and then they're going to give you an advisor that tells you what's wrong with the car instead of you bringing your car to them and letting them know what's wrong with yourcar. I think they think everyone is car illiterate and the people that a car illiterate are the advisors that they trained to know everything about a Honda and not cars . An advisor there told me that she thought that my system was the cause of my problems and I informed her that my radio wasn't even hooked up at the time when I gave them the car. In short do not take your car here they're gonna send you home and charge you $3,500 to leave your check engine light on and your car not running completely. I feel like if I paid you my check engine light shouldn't be on and when I went out of town it shouldn't have came back on but y'all knew that when y'all gave me back my car. He also informed me to drive my car for another week to see if the diagnostic box was messing with the check engine light my diagnostic box has been unplugged 90 days in the check engine light is still on.
