I came to this dealership to trade in my leased vehicle and lease another Camry. I was introduced to Dennis and told him what and what I was looking for including options and color. We had taken it for a test drive and he explained the features of the new 2011 model and how some things had changed from the 2008 Camry that I had previously driven. I have driven 3 previous Camry's and love that car. Dennis then gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to the sales department, Service Department and Finance. He showed me where I bring my car if I needed to drop it off before hours with the key drop. My total experience during my time there was a very pleasant one. He was very knowledgable about the products and wasn't pushy. He answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Dick Dyer to my friends and highly recommend Dennis. He is a excellent Sales Associate and Dick Dyer should be proud to have him on board as part of their team. The entire process sailed through and the financing,I felt, was fair. I can not say enough about his attention to my desires in a vehicle and the presentation of the Dick Dyer dealership and their commitment to customer satisfaction and service. Dennis was overly flexible in offering both test drives, price options, and being personally interested in making my car search a positive one. The bottom line is I bought 2 vehicles from Dennis and Dick Dyer mainly because of the car, but also in large part to the customer buying experience. I stopped by the dealership 30 minutes before they closed the evening of August 31, 2009. This is when I met Dennis Risher. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a car, they didn't have it but they ha the evening of August 31, 2009. This is when I met Dennis Risher.
