I saw a Nissan Armada on Midway's website and my wife and I decided to go down on a Sunday and take a look at it. We were greeted at the door by one sales man. He had asked if he could help and we ment and I decided to go down on a Sunday and take a look at it. We were greeted at the door by one sales man. He had asked if he could help and we mentioned that we saw the Nissan Armada online and we were interested. He advised us that that one was sold but they have other vehicles with similar features. This sales man asked John if he could help us out. John was very friendly. We told John that we were there to look at the Nissan Armada that was online but that the other salesman said it was just sold. John knew that he had recently took in a different Nissan Armada and knew that it was still there because the title just came the day before. He told us that it had all the same options as the one that we saw on line and he knew it would be perfect. The vehicle was not even on the lot yet but John grabbed a car and drove us over to where the truck was being serviced. We took it for a test drive and John was right, it had all the features and options we wanted and it was the same model vehicle. We went back to the dealership and we were sold. Through out the entire experience it was great knowing that John was born and raised in Abington and we were able to chat about our families and our home town. John helped us out completely from the moment he was asked. Knowing that the vehicle we originally wanted to look at was sold and that the one he knew he had was not even out of service yet John could have easily have either told us to come back when the Nissan got to the lot or even had tried to sell us a different vehicle entirely. John took the time and risk to show us a vehicle that has yet to be cleaned up and gone through because he knew it was the vehicle we were looking for. I appreciate everything John did to make sure we got the vehicle that we wanted. I will be going back to John and Midway for any and all future vehicle purchases and i recommend that my friends and family go there also. More
