I brought my 2018 Ford fiesta to service. I have 100,000 mile warranty or seven years whichever comes first. Transmission was diagnosed as needs replaced. I have $100 deductible but now they I have 100,000 mile warranty or seven years whichever comes first. Transmission was diagnosed as needs replaced. I have $100 deductible but now they are saying they have to tear the transmission apart to find out why it failed, and if they think it was my fault, I Have to give them over $1000 for them to put it back together, which is a matter of opinion . My warranty papers does not state anything like that. why would I want to damage my own car and not have nothing to drive. I hope Ford dealership makes the right decision and honor my warranty More

They sold me a car with a temporary fix. When I got into my car the next morning, the backup camera no longer worked. I talked to one of the guys about it. He took my number & said he would When I got into my car the next morning, the backup camera no longer worked. I talked to one of the guys about it. He took my number & said he would get back with me. Never heard another word. I also could feel a weird road handling when driving in parking lots. When I checked my tires, I found every tire was worn differently. Bought 4 new tires & the problem went away. About 3 weeks after I bought the car, someone called & asked if I would fill out the survey. I commented about the issue with the camera. He said he would talk with his boss & get back with me. Still haven’t heard from anyone. More
