I had a great experience with Molstead. Being at a dealership all day is not my idea of buying a car. Finding the right truck in 30 minutes and being out within 2 hours is! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mike Molstead’s and the incredible service team that helped finally resolve an issue with my vehicle after multiple other dealerships were unable to Mike Molstead’s and the incredible service team that helped finally resolve an issue with my vehicle after multiple other dealerships were unable to fix it. A huge thank you to Sydney, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From day one, she truly listened to my concerns, kept communication open every step of the way, and consistently worked to help find a solution. She made a frustrating situation so much easier by ensuring I was taken care of, even providing a loaner vehicle whenever needed so I was never left without transportation. I also want to recognize Caleb Ackerman, who went above and beyond in diagnosing the issue. His diligence, persistence, and attention to detail are what finally led to identifying the root problem after others had been unsuccessful. Since the repair, my vehicle has been running exactly as it should. What stood out most throughout this entire experience was the patience, dedication, and genuine commitment this team showed in getting things done the right way. After dealing with so much frustration elsewhere, working with a dealership that truly cared and refused to give up meant more than I can express. I am incredibly grateful and cannot thank the team at Mike Molstead’s enough. If you want a dealership that listens, communicates, and genuinely works to take care of their customers, I highly recommend them. More
