My oil life was up. I needed an appointment at the last minu te, I was accomodated. I was quoted $65.00 at 2 other places, including Jiffy Lube and it was done for less than $30 Mark Skawinski saw me through te, I was accomodated. Wow! Paul Mosca and Joe Cardillo Joe (Cardillo) was right at the counter finishing paperwork on another job and overhearing my initial conversation with Paul and jumped right in and w Joe (Cardillo) was right at the counter finishing paperwork on another job and overhearing my initial conversation with Paul and jumped right in and wanted to help. Joe took me right back to the car and made the diagnosis on the ignition right on the spot. He also chose the correct and less extensive and expensive diagnosis. My trusted local shop that I have used for 24 years had made the same diagnosis and explained it in detail to me last month - and I was nursing the situation along until today when I thought I had broken the key in the ignition. It's Saturday - my regular shop is closed - so I bit the bullet and went to the dealer. I'm glad I did and I'm glad I went to Millenium. Yes, it was more expensive than my regular shop - but it was worth it. Paul and Joe were a great team. Joe got right on it. He even fixed the keys. Paul also looked up and found 2 important product recalls on the vehicle which were taken care of as well. I came in at 12:45 and was out at 2:15. Awesome! It seemed like a busy Saturday afternoon. There were 4 cars in the drive up when I came in. So I was out way faster than I expected. Enough time to want to write this praise and thanks. Right now, I'd go back to Millenium and tell my friends to go there, too. Thank you! More
