even though I waited a long time they always do a great job. I went to get oil change and I was told I needed a wheel alignment. When I arrive home I notice on one of my invoices I had a wheel alignment al I went to get oil change and I was told I needed a wheel alignment. So I call Mark and he apologized and I had to go back a few days latter to get front brakes and he gave me a discount. I appreciate his honestly and the way he dealt with me was very respectful. We need more honest advisers like Mark Skawinski. I will definitely deal with him again. More
Very efficient customer service I returned for a second time to your service center last week. My visit was for a recall on my CRV gear shift that was already "fixed" on June 2nd. I returned for a second time to your service center last week. My visit was for a recall on my CRV gear shift that was already "fixed" on June 2nd. Seeing as my car almost ended up in my neighbor's living room, the defect wasn't totally corrected. I was both nervous and irritated when I came in for a second time last week. Mark Skawinski immediately eased my worries. He really listened to my issue and made me feel confident in the service department again. He also communicated with me after I left (my car stayed behind for an evening). He got me a family friendly rental car (again he listened well--I have two beautiful munchkins I needed to tote around), and explained what part needed replacing and how long it would take to get my car back to me. Mark has a wonderful way of communicating to your customers--he is very down to earth. Hopefully the gear shift is fixed and won't allow my car to launch itself onto my neighbor's roof :) Sincere thanks, Michelle Gomes More

Going above and beyond Mark you are my hero. We have had an issue with my remote start/car alarm since I got the car in January. The alarm kept going off to the point I ha Mark you are my hero. We have had an issue with my remote start/car alarm since I got the car in January. The alarm kept going off to the point I had to disable it. I had it back and forth 3 times and each time you made sure that the accessory company was involved. Last time we had the manager involved and he said if we ever had an issue again we should call him. Yesterday (6/20/14) I brought the car in again because the alarm was going off on its own again. You knew exactly what to do. The old alarm was taken out, new sensors were installed and a new remote start/alarm put in. This is how to keep a customer happy! Your strenght is your attitude and smile. You go out on limb for your customer and I have never seen you rattled. Great quality for Customer Service. Suddenly, I noticed that that my car oil life was at 15% and the car was reaching 15,000 miles. i had to travel on Sunday and I was Concerned about the low oil life and the soon needed service. I run to Honda service department where they were about to close. Quickly, Mr. Skawinski took my concerns into great consideration. He told me in a very professional way that it was too late to service my car, but he could have the oil change done, which was effectively done. He then sent me to a cashier to schedule an appointment for my car to be serviced. I was very pleased with the treatment that I received and with Mr. Skawinski's professionalism as well. It would run cold, then hot, then cool, etc. The car was dangerous to drive in certain types of weather. During a visit to the closest mechanic in the area I was staying, I learned it was something I needed to immediately address however the part would need to be ordered. A friend suggested I call millennium due to her good experience there. Steve was able to decider and locate the correct part and fit me in that Sunday! I was able to only lose a few hours of my weekend away and ended the weekend with a safely functioning car at a reasonable price! Considering my predicament, I could have easily fallen victim to an overpriced advantageous mechanic. I was lucky to have Steve at millennium on my side that weekend! I will go no where else again!
