He answered t all the questions, and that happened on a very busy Friday morning. I really feel valued as a customer. The service was done and with excellence. As as I was waiting, I noticed that he behaves professionally with other customers as well. Someone Like John, is definitely is a big plus in this organization. I suggest that the head of the company uses his human approach in dealing with customers to train other employees. Customers might forget about a job done, but they will always remember how they have been treated. More
