My Review of Miller Toyota:
Finally a dealership that offers great service and great prices! Amos was knowledgable and seemed sincerely interested in our needs. I wouldnt change a thing and would recomend Miller Toyota and Famous Amos to other families in the area looking for a new Toyota.

My Review of Miller Toyota:
The service department lack on customer service big time. Since I know that it will take all day to service my truck I requested a car loaner for free. I live about 13 miles away from the dealership where I bought the truck. The reply was positive, can be arranged. I got there and I was told that company policy is to only provide free car loaner for services costing above $300.00 and no drop-off or pick-up services for me. I left the dealership service dept. I just wasted my time and gas for nothing. I emailed the owners of Miller Toyota Manassas and told them my bad experience. Just like the other people who have bad experience with the dealership's sales and service, I probably won't hear from them. I also told them they lost 2 business deals because we were planning to trade our 4runner and acura for two new prius or maybe camry. I will give the business to other dealers.

My Review of Miller Toyota:
First off this is about the Used Car MANAGER Sam Robles!

I would like to say I was very displeased with the performance/professionalism of Sam Robles (Used Car Manager) and have no problem making this annoucement. This will have a huge effect on me and family continuing our relationship with Miller Toyota in the future. My family (Father, Mother and cousin) and I usually purchase a vehicle there every few years because of the customer service we receive. Sam was extremely rude and far from professional in my eyes. After telling me he had marked the value of my truck because of a rip on the side of the driver’s seat that was there when I purchased it from Miller Toyota 3 years ago! A 1" rip (side of seat) cost brought the trade in value down $2,500 after I was told I would get trade in value on Kelly Blue book that they made me pull up on THEIR COMPUTER!!! Come on now what the heck! Then tell me to my face, well you got a good deal anyways so $4,000 is sufficient! It was extremely misleading and I know the lowball offer was because the van was internet special. I did not write that price! I got no help at all from vans price and then for him to offer me that was insulting. Again Miller Toyota has lost four very reliable customers due to Sam's unprofessional remarks.. I was going to have the van serviced there as well, but I am going to change that. Hopefully this will help him in the future when he speaks to customers. Very unprofessional and would not recommend at all!! Sent them an email saying I was very displeased and never heard anything back..Not a sorry or anything. BEWARE! Thank you to this site for actually letting buyers speak their minds and let others know about the scams out there.

My Review of Miller Toyota:
This dealership knows nothing about customer service and I would not deal with them. I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander on Sunday and on Tuesday morning a rock hit my windshield. I had purchased the $995 protection plan that covered the windshield for 4 years, however, because the salesperson never told me that they should take care of the protection BEFORE I left with the vehicle, when I called Miller and spoke with the salesperson, he told me there was nothing they could do. I then spoke with the manager and he told me they would take care of it and replace the windshield. When I went to pick the vehicle up the next day they had plugged the hole, not replaced the windshield. I told them that was unacceptable on a brand new vehicle costing $40K. They agreed to replace the windshield the next day. The next day I called to see if my Highlander was ready and was then told that the windshield repairer had to order it so nothing had been done. This was at 4:50 PM. No one had bothered to call me all day to tell me that it was unlikely that my vehicle was going to be ready. I then spoke with the General Manager, Ken Sheppard, who started giving me a hard time and arguing with me. He told me they were doing me a favor to replace the windshield - even though I had paid the $995 for the protection plan! The end result is that I conclude that they do not understand the meaning of customer service and do not know how to treat a customer. I would NOT DO BUSINESS with this dealership ever again.

My Review of Miller Toyota:
We purchased a certified 2002 Camry from Miller. Having had to deal with aggressive salesmen and the classic bait-and-switch routine elsewhere, it was a pleasure working with the people at Miller. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We had considered going to CarMax just to avoid the negotiating hassle, but Miller's price was almost identical to that of uncertified cars that had higher mileage at CarMax. Of course, it's important to check the Miller website where prices are substantially lower than the sticker prices at the lot.
