We will be back when we order our next car and we have told our friends about our experience with Chris and Milnes. Also the recall work we had done (power steering pump and the button off the seat belt needed replacing) all was done while we waited and it was done in a timely and friendly manner and with great skill. A clean show room and the salesmen approch you and then leave you alone and ask if you need anything they will be there for you. Also the service Dept routers and mechanics were very professional. Joe Janssen did an excellent job in being informative and service friendly. He is not pushy like the stereotype for many salesmen. I did not once feel like he was pressuring me into any decision. I had the opportunity to test drive a few different cars (a 2011 Chevy Cruze and a 2012 Malibu). I decided to go with the Chevy Cruze. It is the best car for me given that I travel 50 miles to work one way and the crash rating is excellent. During the process, Joe introduced me to several different people throughout the dealership and I felt like I was with famiy. All were friendly and courteous. I even met the owner and talked with him for a minute. All in all, I felt like I received a fair deal on my Cruze and a fair trade in value for the car I brought in. I would recommend Milnes to anyone out there who is looking to buy a car. I bought a Grand Prix from Milnes and I am very happy with the whole experience! I told them exactly what I wanted ( they didnt have it in stock) and they found it in a couple of days!
