I shopped around at a local tire chain store and they couldn’t find what we wanted. Not only did Connor come through for us he was knowledgeable, patient and super helpful. When picking up the car I mentioned a problem with our BMW tires. He asked me to come back with it so he could try something. Not only was the problem fixed, he was really happy to help. Then and there we made another appointment to get tires on our other car and Connor got the wire ready with three excellent choices and set us up for the next week. This is such an exceptional young man who really goes the extra mile and does it with a positive attitude and a smile on his face. His confidence and knowledge make me confident I can trust the safety of my family with his suggestions and follow through. We have been loyal customers of Mitchell for at least thirty years. Connor convinces us we’re still making the right choice. More
