I am so incredibly happy with both my new vehicle and the service provided to me at this dealership. Tim Barnes guided me through the process, as he did with my last vehicle (2008 Scion), with ease. There was no pressure to make a purchase and the whole experience was very relaxed and on my terms. Then I met with Brian May about warranties and he, again, was extremely pleasant to work with. He did not push me to make a purchase or to buy things that I wouldn't need. I couldn't be happier! After working in the business and going to my fair share of car dealerships, this was by far the best experience I've had! Cody, my sales rep, took the time (hours) really listening to what I needed in a car, answering my questions, and showing me the cars. Garry Grimley is one of the most wonderful managers I've had the pleasure to met. Pat really worked her magic with the banks and had all the paperwork ready to go when it came to signing. Even the other sales reps were very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and valued. I would highly recommend Northstar to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
