1 out of 5. Worst experience in over 20 years. I had a very long wait time. The sales rep and managers not only played the typical games with trade in and values Worst experience in over 20 years. I had a very long wait time. The sales rep and managers not only played the typical games with trade in and values of trucks but at one point openly insulted the customer. At the end of the day all I was left with is an engraved scratch that I didn’t see on my many walks around the truck and they still insist was already there thou the sales pictures omit this. If you like frustration and the poorest form of customer service this is the dealership for you! Hope this helps you decide if this dealership is the right fit. More
