I’m not unhappy with Glen. He just seems very new and didn’t have answers to a lot of my questions. Instead of saying he’d get back to me he said he didn’t know. Dealership was excellent to work with, followed up on vehicles that fit my requirements, and were extremely responsive. Did not ask for or want onstar and serious xm, but I had to set them up in the new vehicles that fit my requirements, and were extremely responsive. Failed to keep their word on having the vehicle detailed and buffed prior to my picking it up. They stated they would honor this request when I came back to have a missing part installed. They did install the part but the detailing left a lot to be desired with streaks all over the windows and areas that were not cleaned at all. They never did buff the small scuffs out of the paint as they promised. Would not trust them to do maintenance as I would not trust that they did what they said they would. It seemed as if no one truly knew what another part of the team had done or was suppose to be doing. Very disorganized. More
