1 out of 5. Worst experience in over 20 years. I had a very long wait time. The sales rep and managers not only played the typical games with trade in and values Worst experience in over 20 years. I had a very long wait time. The sales rep and managers not only played the typical games with trade in and values of trucks but at one point openly insulted the customer. At the end of the day all I was left with is an engraved scratch that I didn’t see on my many walks around the truck and they still insist was already there thou the sales pictures omit this. If you like frustration and the poorest form of customer service this is the dealership for you! Hope this helps you decide if this dealership is the right fit. More

Other than Will, out car pick-up was horrible. ...it took more than 3 hours, we missed our granddaughter's birthday party, and we had to come back as only one key/FOB was found for the car. Our ex ...it took more than 3 hours, we missed our granddaughter's birthday party, and we had to come back as only one key/FOB was found for the car. Our experience was horrible !!! I will not come back but will share my thoughts with many! More

My son and I drove a little over 2 hours as they had a used vehicle he was looking for. The car was definitely a popular vehicle and we had missed out on 3 by us. I asked them to just call if the vehicle used vehicle he was looking for. The car was definitely a popular vehicle and we had missed out on 3 by us. I asked them to just call if the vehicle sold so we wouldn't waste our time. They did one better and put a hold on the vehicle so we had an opportunity ro look at it. We bought the car and the whole process went very smooth. Definitely would buy from them again. More
