Great experience. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful, knowledgeable and found us the car we wanted in the price range we were looking for. Dealer worked around my travel schedule and made sure everything was good to go (as promised) upon my return. I am confident that we got a commuter car that is absolutely the best value for the money we paid. VW CC is an amazing car and I would definitely do business again with Mohegan Lake Motors.

David is excellent. About 3 years ago my wife and I got 2 new 2011 VW's (Jetta and Tiguan). Now it's time to do it again and today we were excited to get our 2013 Jetta and Tiguan. Being my second car purchase, I've not enough experience with car dealers to have perspective on my opinions regarding my experience at Mohegan Lake Motors and specifically a Wonderful gentleman named Ron Spooner. But i must say, regardless of said inexperience, i could not ask for a better experience at Mohegan Lake Motors. Based on their reputation, and great price on the Volkswagen ($4,000 under asking, i don't know how they do it) I wanted to purchase, I traveled 120 miles just to try my hand at the personal dealer experience. I was weary because of all the pop culture surrounding negative stereotypes of car dealers. Whatever notions i had in my head, be it pop culture or experience based on others, went out the window because my experience with Ron Spooner was quite exceptional. each time we spoke i felt comfort that i wasn't being fast talked, he spoke as honestly and sincerely as one would hope a friend would do in the same scenario. being an Internet Sales Specialist he was knowledgeable about the vehicle i looked up online and was very informative and friendly during the entire process from the long distant phone calls regarding the potential sale to the test drive to all the questions i had of the vehicle. Ron went out of his way to even find someone to answer a passive question i had about Volkswagen ESP feature during the test drive, by asking a VW Brand Specialist named Bill to answer said question and any other questions i had. All the paper work was explained thoroughly by Ron, so there was no worry about signing anything i didn't understand. i was so happy and pleased with my overall experience at Mohegan Lake Volkswagen that i would happily refer any would be Volkswagen or Audi buyer to this dealership. My visit to Mohegan Lake Motors (MLM) was extremely pleasant. Their approach in convincing you to buy a car from them is rather unusual. There is absolutely no pressure put on you to make a quick decision unlike most car dealers who do!
I was introduced to Chris Frissora, MLMs VW Expert who patiently guided me through this arduous task of convincing me to buy a new Passat rather than a used Audi. There are so many dealers out there but believe me MLM is different. I am very happy with the car that was sold to me and the price was decent. My overall experience in dealing with everyone at MLM was great!!! I would recommend MLM without any regrets.

we had a wonderful car buying experience. Absolutely no pressure. David helped us figure out what we could afford in balance with what we wanted. He even came on his day off to deliver the car to us on the day we wanted it. We highly recommend David.

What a great experience! I never thought buying a certified used vehicle sight unseen almost 700 miles away could go so well! The experience and transaction was flawless. When my Audi rolled off the car hauler it was just as described and looked fantastic. Thanks Ron Spooner!!!

I went to Mohegan Lake Volkswagen expecting to be overwhelmed because, let's face it, some people don't know how to be a salesman. I had a bad experience at a different dealership to prove this belief to me. However, my experience at Mohegan Lake Volkswagen was the complete opposite. My salesman Dave was very friendly and didn't make me feel annoyed or overwhelmed. He did what I wanted him to do; He gave me a detailed description about the car, explained what my payments would be, and how to trade in my vehicle. He was also very down to Earth and spoke to me like a normal human being. I think that's very important. I was so happy with the experience I decided that day that I wanted the Volkswagen he showed me. I went in on a Saturday and picked it up the following Wednesday. I actually could have picked it up Monday, but wasn't able to due to my work schedule. But, it's great that they can have it ready so quickly. On the day I picked my vehicle up Dave had all the paperwork ready on his desk. I think I only sat there for ten minutes. As soon as I sat down though he asked me, "What kind of music would you like on your CD?" He had his iTunes on his computer and was making me a CD for my car! That was definitely the icing on the cake; It was very thoughtful. He then gave me another tutorial about my car and I was ready to go. It was very quick. I will definitely be going their again for my next wehicle.

I submitted a request on line and within a half-hour Jill Gerety called seeking more information. By the end of the day she emailed the terms of my requested leased and followed up to explain the details. The offer was to good to turn down. She called the next day and set an apptmt. to sign the papers. Jill introduced us to Sales Consultant David Slavin. David took care of all the paper work and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. What a great way to conduct business. No "typical car salesman" stories here. The requested vehicle was not in stock but Jill found what I needed and had it transferred to Mohegan.

Great dealership and team . Keith was very helpful and knowledgeable in my questions. I know multiple people friends and family who have bought here and have got great service and a good deal.
