BMW emblem on my X5 rear door was removed. I returned to speak to the service advisor the day after about it. He is off work, another advisor asked me to purchase a new one and will someone in I returned to speak to the service advisor the day after about it. He is off work, another advisor asked me to purchase a new one and will someone in service replace it. The replacement emblem cost me $52.56. Obviously disappointed! More
