This was my first visit ever to a BMW service center. My service adviser Jorge Aldana was exceptional. He addressed all my questions as a new owner of a heavily used older model BMW and made sure I not My service adviser Jorge Aldana was exceptional. He addressed all my questions as a new owner of a heavily used older model BMW and made sure I not only understood all areas needing attention but visually showed me these areas as well. I typically buy new cars and return to the dealership for maintenance and in comparison, BMW ranks in the upper echelon of the customer service experience.
