My salesman Curtis Derynck, made this the most pleasurable car buying experience that I have ever had. No pressure, no hard sell, very personable. When I first went to look at a vehicle, I went to the Morries in Minnetonka, only to find out I was at the wrong dealer. So off to Buffalo I went, even though it was closing time by the time I arrived, I was made to feel comfortable, no pressure. I picked up my vehicle the next day. When I returned to get my plates I mentioned to Curt that when He emailed me a price about the truck it was different that what I had paid. Curt is sending me a check for the difference, because he wanted me to be satisfied with the whole truck buying experience. Over the years I have purchased many vehicles, never have I been treated with the kindness, respect, and the professionalism that I experienced with this sale. Curtis sets the standard for a car salesman, VERY HIGH. I will recommend Morrie's in Buffalo to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, I arleady have! Thankyou again Michael Grigg More
We recently started our new car search at the Morrie's Buffalo Ford. We drove through the lot and saw a beautiful 2010 Ford Edge that we thought would be perfect for our small family. Clicked on the link to get pre-approved, and less than 10 minutes later we received a call back from Curt Derynck. Right off the bat, from that first phone call, Curt was awesome! He was very friendly, patient, and answered any questions we had. The atmosphere was unlike any experience we had ever had. It was calm and laid back, absolutely no pressure. Soon after that first phone call, Curt was handing us the keys to our new car. If we need anything we know that Curt is just a phone call away! After owning a long succession of non-Ford vehicles, my wife and I decided to take a last look at a Ford crossover before making a final decision. The engineering only takes one so far, though--the dealer proximity, service, and personnel are equally important. We were fortunate to link up with Tony who answered all questions, with no pressure, and he exemplifies the professionalism I expect from someone involved in sales. I could not be more pleased with the interaction with Tony in buying a new crossover. Finally, Aaron handled the paperwork efficiently and thoroughly, and it was a pleasure to work with him. In short, 5s all around to the dealership, Tony, and Aaron. If service lives up to what I have seen with the purchasing process, I will be delighted to have bought the car at Morrie's Buffalo Ford dealership. PS--I really DO like the Edge. More
We walked into the dealership interested in a car we had seen online. They were very friendly and helpful in answering questions and getting us set up with purchasing the car. Customer service is always top notch as is the quality of work. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable and the prices are compatible with the market. I just don't know why it should take 1.5 hours, or more, to change the oil.(?) When I'm in having the oil changed and always check out any good deals that may be of interest. I have bought three vehicles from Tony in the last 5 years, always a good experience. May be in the marked for a good Pickup pretty soon and Tony will be the "Go-To" guy. More
