I've had my Toyota Sequoia for 25 years and started looking at a new car in May but wasn't exactly sure which one I wanted; a Tacoma or 4 Runner. Emilio Ozuna was very patient and showed me every car I wanted to see. Finally decided in December and came back to see Emilio because he had been so helpful in May. Since it was not in their inventory, JJ and Emilio found the pre-owned 4 Runner Limited with all the features I wished for. The car had a minor issue which Tom Larkin and the service department took care of right away. Since I obviously don't buy cars very often, thank you Toyota, I think the extended warranty offer should have been explained earlier during the process and not at the very end but all in all everyone was great to deal with and a great experience. Emilio spent the time with me to show me all the functions and features of the car and I can truly say I love my 4 Runner. Thank you Thank you Emilio and Mossy Toyota! Happy New Year! More

Finance process was also wonderful, staff in every department is excellent. We talked to the Service department about a problem we were having with another car. They spent a lot of time explaining and giving us information that helped us make the decision to replace the car. Had a liaison assigned to us, Rashad who helped the process of an insurance adjuster inspecting the car. Helped us make a bad situation better. Can't recommend this dealership enough! More

I sold my vehicle to Mossy Toyota through a prearranged online service called Bidbus.com. All the terms were agreed to in advance; I just had to deliver the car, which I did. They even promised to have me transported back to Palm Springs, which is where I came from. They were a mess. The paperwork wasn't ready and they made me wait over 2 hours to print out 7 pages for signature. Then they told me an Uber was too expensive and so I had to rent a car to drive home which cost me $100; they said they would reimburse me, but didn't. Worst of all they have failed to payoff the loan that was/is still on the car. They collected over $3000 from me instantly, on the spot and are holding my money and the vehicle without paying for it. This dealership is dishonest and lies to your face. Don't trust Mossy Toyota!!! Update: they did finally come through with the reimbursement for transportation and did finally get the loan paid off; although it took almost a month and initially they were short with the payoff. Poor communication and poor follow through. I had given them a 1 but raised my ranking because they did FINALLY come through. More
I had an issue regarding something that was completely outside the business of mossy Toyota even though it happens on their property one of the employees over there and the security guard influence me in outside the business of mossy Toyota even though it happens on their property one of the employees over there and the security guard influence me in a really bad situation that I was in with no money being thrown out of storage to sell them the bike that I had tied to the back of my car that belong to my son I went in and I spoke to Toyota Marcy Toyota's main manager that works in the customer service department her name was Gina she said that this has nothing to do with our company but she would try to help me I felt angry that she didn't tell me more but I got a little loud with her but I called her later and apologize and she took my call and was very sympathetic to the situation she promised to try to help me get my boys bicycle back and I read her five stars for even taking my call from the way I spoke with her rudely I'm from Brooklyn New York and I usually am very rude but God bless this woman no matter what happened and tell her I said I'm sorry for my attitude towards her and my behavior of Russian in her dealership which was very clean and beautiful cars and excellent employees were very protective over her so that tells you she's a good person and well respected Neil More
