My Review of Mossy Toyota:
Process was easy but lengthy. Good trade in value and low cost made for a great deal. Vehicle test drove way better than competitive models. My Tundra drives and feels like a Lexus.

My Review of Mossy Toyota:
I went to Mossy Toyota to buy a Prius. Nancy was the sales lady. She was very helpful. I had gone to several other stores. None of the other stores had the selection that Mossy Had. They were great!!!

My Review of Mossy Toyota:
I went to look for a (certified) used car and found one in the price range I was looking for...went for a test drive and noticed a vibration. Salesman assured me the "idler needed adjusted" and demonstrated by putting it in park and slightly pushed accelerator correcting the problem. All I needed to do was bring it back in a few days and they would fix it for free. Well it was not the idler and they could not fix it after the second time they said that's the way it is. I asked them to take it back and they would not. I hired a professional car investigator to look at it to see if there was something I could fix and he told me THE CAR HAD BEEN SUBMERGED!! He pointed out all the RUST DAMAGE and showed me the electrical arking due to water damage in the electrical system. So I hired an attorney to per sue legal action since I can't drive it nor sell it to anyone else without screwing them over too. As I write this it has been over 9 months and they still won't do anything about it. Mr. Jason Mossy's council told my attorney that "he wants to take a stand" Take a stand? A stand for selling a piece a crap? WTF stand? What kind of business does this to people? BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!

My Review of Mossy Toyota:
Every one that I dealt with from lower to upper management perpetuated the sterotype of the sleazy car salesman eager to sell a car by telling you anything and making promises that werent kept. Dont shop here unless you want to leave very mad and feeling used.

My Review of Mossy Toyota:
I bought a Scion tC, so pricing wasn't an issue with the pure pricing policy. I delt with Eric Cronin when purchasing, and the buying process wasn't so bad.

However, he has been nothing but a hastle to deal with after the purchase. It takes him several days to return phone calls, and when he finally does, nothing has been done anyway. I tried to get some accessories installed on my car (specifically suspension springs) and it took over a month to get everything worked out.

When everything was finally set, and the parts arived, they wasted a total of 2 days, over 10 hours, and a tank of my gas for a job that should have taken 2-3 hours. They did not under any circum stances perform up to par, and I will never take my car there again. Not even for free oil changes. I dealt with Issac Perez in the Service Department. He was fine to deal with. It was not his fault that the workers there had no idea what they were doing and wasted my time. His only fault was promising me a rental car (so I could get myself home; a 12-mile trip). The rental place wouldn't give me a car since I am under 21 (I am 20), so I got carted back to the dealership where they sent me home in the car I drove there in. It wasted 6 hours of my time and nothing got done on my car anyway.

In summary, they are very nice and friendly to deal with untill you purchase the car. Once they have your money, you are meaningless to them. Forgive the language, but they do not give a sh*t about their customers.
