I recently moved and took my Cadillac CTS for service. The first time when the engine light came on, I was asked to leave the car which I did. As the day went by I didn't hear back from the service dept or receive any updates. I had to call twice or thrice only to hear that the agent (Joe) dealing with the issue was with another customer. Finally I get a call the following day on the status and they had to keep the car for a day more to replace the radiator which wasn't cheap ($1600). Couple of days ago, I noticed some abruptness in the gear shifting (3.6L v.6) and since these guys did the transmission job last time, figured will go back to them. I should have known better; I was asked to leave the car again and same story all over again. I didnt get any updates and after calling numerous times only to hear that the agent (Joe) was with another customer again, I gave up. Finally I got a call at the end of day stating that they need one more day. This morning again I tried calling with the same result and so I finally gave up and went there and got my car back. I m very very displeased with the service and even more so with the fact that no one was able to give me a straight answer. I am going to also speak to the line manager (Brian) directly in the next few days to report the sort of experience I had to go through. More
We visited the dealership to get a State Inspection & ended up buying a new Toyota Corolla from Dedrick Taylor. We gave it a 5 star rating because we were treated excellently by everyone! We test drove a Certified used car before deciding on a new one, we were given an excellent trade-in on our truck & with 0 % financing we were very pleased. Dedrick is a very good sales person making our experience with Shelor a very good one. We would highly recommend Shelor to all our friends & family. More
I've been taking my Ford regularly to this dealer for the past 3 years. During the last service they didn't pass me on the state inspection due to the tire threads being too shallow. I was surprised beca the past 3 years. During the last service they didn't pass me on the state inspection due to the tire threads being too shallow. I was surprised because the depths had apparently gone down by 2/32 in less than 3000 miles according to their previous measurement. They tried to sell me new tires etc. but I just thanked them and told them to fail me in the inspection. The next week I took the car to a goodyear dealer and surprise surprise.. the car passed the state inspection with no problems. Moreover the tire depths they measured were the same as Shelor had measured 6 months (3000 miles) ago. I contacted my service agent through email, which he always replies to and no answer, no explanation, complete radio silence. So there you go..Customer relationship formed over three years gone for what? To forcefully sell a new set of tires in the hopes of me panicking for not passing state inspection? I would strongly recommend taking your car to another service if you don't want to burn cash away on imaginary problems. More
