Melissa is very pleasant and friendly to deal with. She had me in and out. CRV needed a quick readjustment after a I took it home so I emailed/called her and she had it completed ASAP by 100pm the next day had me in and out. Katie in the Honda Service Department went above and beyond to help us through a difficult day. My 2015 Honda Pilot had a front caliper seize on the drive home to Vermont, and my 2 kids and dog found ou beyond to help us through a difficult day. My 2015 Honda Pilot had a front caliper seize on the drive home to Vermont, and my 2 kids and dog found ourselves at the mercy of MotorWorld Honda to help us. They got us back on the road in a few hours and made what could have been a nightmare into a bump in the road. I have a Honda Pilot which I had a CD player installed(which I purchased from the Honda dealership) After the installation there was a problem with both my radio cutting in and out and the CD p installed(which I purchased from the Honda dealership) After the installation there was a problem with both my radio cutting in and out and the CD player skipping. So, again I returned the vehicle and they told me there was a recall on something and they would repair that when I brought the vehicle back to the "skipping" issue. After several weeks to get an appointment they said it would take 2 days to do this repair. I dropped the car off on Sunday night they started the repair first thing( hoped) but not happening. They informed me I wouldn't have it back until WeWednesday. What! Their excuse was that their service man called off sick. Well, sorry that doesn't cut it. They lost my trust. Also, now I have another issue. My indicator that my tailgate is lifting and going down does not come on. It beeped when you hit the button but no beeping now, and I found some kind of bolt in my door handle that wasn't replaced. It's a freaking nightmare with the people. When they sent me their review for service I gave them a frown face. They did call us and left a message. We called them back at the number they left but still haven't gotten a response. If you purchase from these people(Motorworld) any vehicle DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE. I was warned now you are too. More
