Chris Bowe assured me that I would leave out with something nice, but I was skeptical cause I heard this from other dealerships previously. Well, Chris allowed me to test drive a 2012 Dodge Charger...needless to say, I was in love. Remaining skeptical, I maintain my emotions & sat at the table to discuss price! I was so tempted to get up & walk out but....then Bob Peters walked over. In my head I kept reminding myself,"don't get talked into something you know you can't afford ". Bob started talking to my sister and I... I guess an angel touched his lips & he said... I'm going to work a deal with you. He made my payment only $65 dollars more than what I was paying on my current vehicle, paid off my current vehicle, no money down! Joe Giunta Super Service Guy I've been taking my 2011 Chrysler Town and Country to Mt. Ephraim Chrysler, Dodge Ram, since I purchased it on New Year's EVE, 2010. I've worked with Joe Giunta and his staff since my very first scheduled service. Going to Joe is kike going to a private mechanic, but with the benefit of having a trained Chrysler trained staff with the know-how to handle my service needs. He remembers my name and my van and makes sure I'm always up to spec. My wife, Nancy, is handicapped, which is why we purchased the T&C, Joe understands my concerns and I always feel confident when I drive my car out of Mt.Ephraim's lot. I always get a ride to or from the dealership. This visit the van was tied up and Joe sent a really great driver Roberto to pick me up in a Dodge Challenger! Roberto is a very knowledgeable young man and had a great conversation on the way back to the dealership. It's the little and the big things combined that make working with Joe and the staff at Mt. Fantastic customer service Went in looking for a new Chrysler 200 and worked with Jim Payne, we came to the price I wanted (with the features and color I was looking for) then J Went in looking for a new Chrysler 200 and worked with Jim Payne, we came to the price I wanted (with the features and color I was looking for) then Jim and the team went above and beyond to find it. Though the specific color/model wasn't on the lot they found a dealership that had it and took care of finding, shipping, and delivering all while maintaining the price we originally agreed upon (while waiting they provided a very nice rental car free of charge). Every detail/step of the process was covered thoroughly and well explained. Wound up with the exact car I wanted for an amazing deal that I wouldn't have been able to find anywhere close! More
