Pasquale de Rosa is the most rude sales person I’ve ever encountered. He was incredibly rude through text message and when I called him he cussed me out and asked “are you familiar with this sound?” And hun encountered. Told who ever I was talking to (they didn’t give me a name) that I didn’t want them and to please remove them from the quote. I was than told “ Sorry, we're not able to do that. Thanks for your interest!”. Glad I found out how this stealership operates before I wasted anymore of my time. I realize new cars are in short supply but I will not be ripped off just because things are in short supply. More
