Great Dealership with Outstanding Salesmen Lou was a fantastic person to deal with, He took his time in explaining everything about the new vehicle in-depth. He then took us to the other employees that would be involved in the purchase, and introduced us to them. When the purchase was complete, Lou took us out to the vehicle and went over every detail involved in the operation of said vehicle. We would buy another vehicle from Lou, and recommend Him and his dealership. We came in with my parents, who were going to buy a vehicle, and Lou was the first one to greet us. At this time we were not even looking to trade, and let them go with Lou. While they were with Lou, we just started looking around and were greeted by Mike Masiero who showed us a few Jeeps. When he found out that we came in and Lou first spoke to us and my parents, he stated that they work together well and that if we were going to buy, he would send us to Lou. My prior salesman, Lou Davis, was tied up with another customer when I visited, so one of his coworkers, Val, helped me out. I had already given Lou a heads-up and general idea of what I was looking for and Val couldn't have been more friendly or helpful in narrowing down the choices. After about an hour of test driving and asking questions we sat down and came to agreement on a deal that we both were happy with after the sales manager did some fine tuning on the final numbers.
