Will was very helpful, and the process of my engine replacement through the P1326 warranty was quicker than expected. Our back window broke on the way down to Myrtle on a quick weekend trip. I called on the way down to see if there was anyway they could look at it on Saturday being that it was supposed to rain over th quick weekend trip. I called on the way down to see if there was anyway they could look at it on Saturday being that it was supposed to rain over the weekend. They told me they were completely booked but if I came in at opening they would try and see if they could do something. When I got there I seen Will Thibodeau, and although at that point appointments were already coming in he took a few minutes and got the window back up and secure. He didn't charge me and told me to get an appointment at our local dealership as soon as we got home. I'm so grateful he was so kind and went out of his way to help. I highly recommend! More
