Selfmaster1, Thank you for spreading nothing but lies. Your son came to look at the car immediately after it was detailed. after your inspection of the car, you noticed the transmission fluid was on the lower side. You stated that you fix cars and you would put fluid in for your son. We sold the car at a reduced price to compensate the necessary repairs. Both parties agreed to the terms and proceeded with the sale. When you put the fluid in the car you must have free poured without a funnel as there was fluid all over the engine and the ground causing such a mess. You, the father of the purchaser, not the purchaser who entered into a contract with the dealership, called after hours multiple times until we picked up. We both agreed that my mechanic would take a look at it and if there was something majorly wrong with the car we would work something out. We thought perhaps the transmission line may have gone as that is common with age. Then minutes later, you continued to call multiple times and when answered you immediately started screaming and yelling. Fast forward to the next morning when we cut your son a refund check for the car without a problem where your son's mother and son stated that your son had lost his job that day. Seems as though the transmission was not the real issue here, however your son's employment status is none of our concern. We then immediately took the car to our mechanic only to find out there was nothing wrong with the transmission nor was it low on fluid nor were there any issues at all. I drove the car up and down the parkway with no issues. But, hey a broken clock is right twice a day. Furthermore, I wish you and your family nothing but the best. Perhaps the best bet for you and your son is to take that $7515 that we refunded back to your son even though your son acknowledged on the contract that all sales are final, and use it as a down payment on a brand new car with no miles on it.
