Absolutely horrible customer service. Told to fill out a credit app. Did so and no response. Every time I call I'm put on hold for at least 20 mins and either told that the "finance" dept Told to fill out a credit app. Did so and no response. My credit has already been ran I deserve an answer. I've said repeatedly that if I don't qualify to just let me know. I'm told I qualify and someone will get back to me. I don't see how they are still in business. Other reviews say they have you come see the car then say it's sold. Horrible!!! More

When I first attempted to call them regarding the advertised car, no one answered the phone, the entire day. When I finally reached them, I made an appointment to see the specific car. They immediately started the bait & switch attempt. My husband walked out. Do not go to this dealership. They are shady. More

There not professional. I was looking at the BMW, they said its not working. So, why advertise it. The 2006 BMW, they said its sold as is, no service and maybe a detail.
