Darryl was very responsive and very knowledgeable. He was by far the most knowledgeable salesperson I met at any dealership since I began my search process. He worked hard to be sure all my questions were answered and all my concerns addressed. He was honest and a straight shooter which I appreciated. I would recommend Darryl to anyone that is looking to purchase an Infiniti, either new or pre-owned. More
I had been shopping around for a while trying to find the right car for myself. I saw a listing for an Acura TL on autotrader at Nalley Infiniti and the next day I went to see it. It was about a three hour trip with traffic but when I arrived I was promptly, professionally, and kindly greeted by Thomas Blake. Being young and having mixed feelings about a large dealership chain like Nalley I didn't know what to expect. I had visited many dealers in the past and knew about all of the tricks and was not gullible or susceptible to them. I knew what I wanted and didn't want to look around for anything different than what I came for. Thomas answered all of my questions and concerns about the car and was honest if he didn't know an answer since he was an Infiniti consultant, not an Acura consultant, which I appreciated. When we returned from the test drive he didn't pressure me into the "negotiating room" and talked to me about what would be included in his office, not a pushy back room. Out of all of my numerous negotiating experiences this was not only the fastest but the most relaxed. It took 30 minutes for both parties to come to a very appealing price that I was happy with; they even stayed open an extra 2 hours for my party and I. By the way the manager who worked the deal was fantastic and did not try once to nickel and dime me. Thomas even did some research for me on some needed parts and previous maintenance. Being a Saturday and not being open on Sunday I was going to return Monday with my respective party for delivery of the vehicle and to close the deal. I decided that I wanted to take it for the weekend and for a thorough inspection; they were happy to accommodate me. I returned Monday and while it did take a few hours for the paperwork I understood the wait. My only two complaints are that one of the managers (different from the one I dealt with Saturday) tried to change the deal around Monday. The paperwork lady also wanted to rush us out due to another customer who seemed to have priority since they were buying a new M35. Besides that though I was very happy with my pre-owned purchase during which I never felt obligated, rushed, or treated like less than a premium customer because I was buying used. I have been to many different dealers regarding many high profile brands such as BMW and Audi and neither of those compared to this experience in such a positive way. It has been a few months since my purchase and I have no complaints or regrets. Being a teenager in the automotive market is usually like being treated as if you don't know what everyone is talking about... I never felt like that and was treated like an adult which I appreciated. I will be returning If I ever need an Infiniti or another vehicle. I can't say anything about the service department becuase I own an Acura and I don't take it there...I'm sure it's great! More
Friendly and professional staff. Brandon Latimore was great to work with. I was able to test drive several cars back to back in order to get a good comparison (Brandon was patient during this exercise). great to work with. My Infiniti G37s is having some starting issues. The battery for some reason keeps dying, after the second time i installed a brand new battery. And since the battery died a number of secondary issues s battery for some reason keeps dying, after the second time i installed a brand new battery. And since the battery died a number of secondary issues started happening for instance the windows started to malfunction and the cruise control will not set. I took it to Nalley Infiniti to see what is going on (which is 1h and 45min away). The Service Rep. (Jeff) said that he’ll will take full care in seeing what is going on. After waiting for 2h in the waiting room Jeff finally came and told me that the car is absolutely fine and that all he can figure is the batter might need to be changed ($200) and that he can install new battery connection wires ($120), and it might help the issues. After I left, I noticed on my way back that the Cruise Control is still malfunctioning and now the car is still having the same issues. Please do not used Nalley Infiniti for any maintenance or services. More

My husband and I Came in to drive an Infinity convertible. We had already driven several other brands but because we had really good service and experience with a 1998 Q45 and a 2010 M35, we want convertible. Besides getting the car I wanted in 2 days (from North Carolina), I was advised of Infiniti incentives and even given a rebate at signing.
