During our most recent purchase,(2002 Turbo), I thought the lug key and mounting plate for the license were missing. I was pretty worn out and discouraged. Decided to put off buying for a year.. it was too much hassle! Isn't buying a new supposed to exciting and (kind of) fun??? I knew what I wanted in my car, I did my research, I knew what was a fair price and what was a great price. Internet-savvy, I decided to just let Justine know how frustrated and annoyed I was with the process of getting a new car in one of our emails. She was patient in the process, and stuck with me. She was UPFRONT with the price.. from the start (and a very good price) honest with the trade-in info and financing. She answered all my questions.
