Giving me the same general business number that I’ve called multiple times just to be forwarded to a voicemail message and not providing me with a contact name or extension proves that Napleton really DOESN’T want to improve or hear from me.

I watched you interact with the mechanic, advisor and manager, you had one light replaced and during your last visit both worked, and a few days later the other bulb burnt out--the mechanic showed you this and explained this to you as well, you did not want to hear it---bulbs can burn out anytime and it is not uncommon for the weaker bulb to burn out once a new one is replaced on one side. We would not recommend you replace both bulbs unless they were both bad.

Honestly we can go back-and-forth regarding the lightbulb but it’s come from the service guy wrote down the wrong information he even told the service manager he didn’t delete it and he should have now yes my passenger side light was not working and that’s the one I didn’t need to be replaced I paid $67 to have another light bulb on the driver side to be replaced But Not the passenger side lightbulb the one I told the service guy I want to be replaced. So I asked the service guy Why he did not delete the wrong information and put in correct information regarding the passenger side light bulb and took I my car to Auto Zone and the guy said where is your light bulb on the passenger size cause it’s missing. So Who took the light bulb out ? You Tell Me .

Thank you for your response however I had already brought the vehicle back to your dealership after the original oil change and subsequent leaks as provided by the photo I showed to you service attendant. The situation was not rectified after bringing it back to River Oaks. Was dissatisfied to learn from the dealership that I brought it so to fix the leaks that the oil plug gasket was missing and had “dirty oil” soon after your dealership “changed the Oil “.
