Brought my car in for an oil change. I had an appt. However the service took 2 hours! Before I received my car .....I waited because oil changes are generally very quick..not this 1. Als I had an appt. However the service took 2 hours! Before I received my car .....I waited because oil changes are generally very quick..not this 1. Also they put tiree rotation on my receipt. This a false statement .There was no tire rotation performed that day for my front tires were in the exact same place! They also wrote break inspection Howe er no report on status of my brakes was communicated either verbally or on my invoice ....plz note on my cars records those items were not completed Thanks More
