Both the person who booked my appt and took care of me at the front desk they were both very professional and helpful. Im always treated with courtesy and everything is explained to me about my car and all o the front desk they were both very professional and helpful. Im always treated with courtesy and everything is explained to me about my car and all of my questions are answered. Also they are always very on point about how long the job is going to take so i can choose if i wait at the facility or comeback later. I truly appreciate you excellent costumer service. More

Poor service Set up a scheduled appointment to replace driver’s airbag on 2009 Xterra. I came early and after 20 minutes they said they didn’t have a tech ready. When I asked to cancel and reschedule they driver’s airbag on 2009 Xterra. I came early and after 20 minutes they said they didn’t have a tech ready. When I asked to cancel and reschedule they said no. At 30 min mark they found a tech who inspected the air bag. They did not have a replacement part in stock which I think is unprofessional m. New plan is to waste more of my time and reschedule the job. Xxx ooo tic tac toe - major failure More
