I went in to buy a Maxima at Napoli Nissan . Marci Lynn, the Business Development / Internet Sales Manager and Pedro Gonzales, the Sales Manager, made my experience very comfortable and enjoying. I would go back immediately. Thank you for the great experience.

My Review of Napoli Nissan:
I had a tried a few other dealerships before Napoli. I spoke withe the Internet Sales Mgr and told her my situation credit wise. She said they would need to first need to appraise my 09 Maxima trade in, and more than likely they could work on getting me approved on the 2010 Maxima I had my eyes on, and she'd be happy to meet me.

Ok, so I drive the 35 miles to the dealership with the hope I was given over the phone. I checked out a couple of the used Maxima's on the lot. I walk in and ask to see Marci. Im told she is busy! (And here she was supposed to be expecting me!) So, Im assigned a salesman, who of course does not know my situation credit wise that I had made sure the Internet Mgr was aware of, and had assured me of a favorable outcome.

So, quick credit app, and and even quicker denial! Nothing I didnt already know or had told them BEFORE my visit! My 09 Maxima wasnt even appraised, which was the main reason they wanted me to be there.

So, if you dont have GREAT credit, they wont bother with you, regardless of what they tell you over the phone. I was VERY disappointed with this dealership, not in that I was denied credit, but in what I was told over the phone, and how the person who was supposed to meet me and help me, was apparently "busy"......

My Review of Napoli Nissan:
I called saying that I had purchased by current vehicle new from their agency a few years ago I NEEDED to buy a new car as I was giving my current vehicle away. I called on a Wednesday (twice) and waited for return call, Wednesday and Thursday. In the P.M. on Friday received a call that the salesman would call back in 15 minutes. Never received call and purchased vehicle one week later from another agency.

My Review of Napoli Nissan:
I am very pleased with my purchase and my overall experience with Napoli Nissan. Priscilla was excellent to work with and I feel that she went over and above the duty of a salesperson. I believe I received an honest deal on my new purchase. I am a bit disappointed in a couple of things... First, I never like going into a car deal without knowing the numbers: trade-in value, cost of new vehicle, etc... I could never get an answer on those two questions. I kept getting a monthly payment! It wasn't until I signed the paperwork that I saw the purchase price (a good deal) and my trade-in value... which was a bit too low, especially since it is currently advertised at $4000.00 over what I was given in trade. Second, I understand Christmas is a busy time for car dealerships (and it was extremely busy), but it took 3 days to complete this deal. I was ready to drive away that day.

My Review of Napoli Nissan:
Bought a 2011 JUKE for $20,000 that only got 23mpg highway instead of the sticker 30 mpg. They wouldn't do me a square and refund the price I paid and put it toward a new Rogue. So much for the 30 day return policy. Don't trust them. Saw another advertised Rogue for 21,999. They wouldn't meet that price. Kept spitting out monthly payments that were 39 - 79 dollars more per month and a year longer than what I had , plus they wanted another $1150 - $2000 down. Shysters. I will never go there again and and recommend that no one else does.

My Review of Napoli Nissan:
I would have to say my experience with this dealership wasn't one of my bests, but it has been several years since I bought a new car. One of my dislikes was the amount of time spent at the dealership. I spend a total of 7 hours at the dealership between 2 days. Approximately 1 hour test driving, 4 hours negotiating price, trade in amounts and other options/vehicles and 2 hours to close the deal, sign paperwork, service department tour and new car inspection. I've never spent that amount of time in the 30 years of buying/leasing cars. I felt that was a bit overkill and turned me off a bit.

I also felt "ambushed" by the salesmen and the sales manager and a big push to sell me a car THAT DAY when they weren't hearing what I was saying. It was frustrating at one point. I know their objective is to sell a vehicle, but making such a purchase of that magnitude needs careful thought by everyone instead of making a quick decision just to make a quota/sale.

The staff is very friendlly and helpful, they take a personal interest in finding a vehicle that is the right fit for their customers and do not try to push more expensive sales or add on pricy accessories. Prices are reasonably negotiable and good value given for trade-in. Thanks!
