The dealership got in contact with your service department and confirmed that nothing about the situation was fabricated. My truck has been at the ford dealership in my town since October 27th when I sent the original “hand written” invoice. The Ford dealership had no information on my truck when your service tech called because I had dropped the truck off 20 minutes before he called. If anything in this whole situation is a scam it’s your dealerships warranty.
