I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone to take their vehicle there. Neil Huffman took 55 DAYS to finish 3 repairs on my car, resulting in unreasonable amount of time in a rental. My insurance company did everything my policy covered and more, but Neil Huffman Mazda refused to assist in any way with the financial burden of a rental car for 25 extra days (loaner car, reimbursement, incentive, etc). The overall customer service was poor, and the services provided were unsatisfactory. Again, I do not recommend Neil Huffman mazda. More
In April 2012 I bought a used car from Neill Huffman Mazda. I was told it received a 101 point certified inspection. No sooner than I drove the car off the lot, I found out the engine needed to be rep Mazda. I was told it received a 101 point certified inspection. No sooner than I drove the car off the lot, I found out the engine needed to be replaced. After trying to contact Kent Foushee, and try to work something out, I was ignored for at least 3 weeks. When I finally did get in touch with Kent, he told me there was nothing wrong with the car, but to bring it in and they would test it. After their service department determined, that yes, the engine needed to be replaced; Kent was a pain to work with. In June of 2012, I worked with them to replace my engine. I was told the "new" engine would have a 1 year warranty. Keep in mind that not only did I purchase the car, but now I've had to buy an engine. Kent did waive the "labor" fee of putting the engine in, so that was nice. About 10 or 11 months later, the car started running strange. I took it into Neill Huffman again. They claimed nothing was wrong. I argued that there really was something wrong, but they insisted that the only thing wrong was a bad battery. I replaced it. I would then, have my car into Neill Huffman 4 more times. Each time, nothing was wrong. It was not until September 2013, that they would FINALLY claim my engine needed to be replaced, AGAIN. Now my warranty was up (Because Neill Huffman kept stalling) and I have a car that does not run. I attempted to work with Kent, but the "best" they could do for me was give me a $1000 trade in on my car and lease me another car for $350 a month. I attempted numerous times to talk to Kim Huffman, to try and work something out, but she never returned my calls. I'm not upset. I'm frustrated that not only did they sell me a car and not tell me about the engine, but they stole money from me after I paid for a new engine. I would never recommend this business to my own worst enemy. This is the exact reason car salesmen get a bad name. Treating their customers like garbage. More

Bought from Oxmoor Mazda in the past due to Neil Huffman not willing to come down on their price by $500. But Oxmoor Mazda does not want to support you after the sale. Thought I would give Neil Huffman another try since Ken Fouche took over. Heard good things about him. So I went in there made an offer. Low to start as the sales game is played. They countered with an offer that was $3000 more than mine. I shot them another but the sales man told me that the Sales Manager said I was wasting their time and I could not afford it anyway. Which I find funny being that I had a pre-approved bank note in hand. I guess since I go car shopping looking like I can't afford anything, he just stereo-typed me. So the next day I tried to contact Ken Fouche. Never heard from him. Tried again for a total of 5 times and still have not heard from him. Unless you dress to impress and have money falling out of your pockets, than you need to look else where. Went back to Oxmoor Mazda and they beat Huffmans offer by $2500. I guess theirs cars are made of Platinum. More
We had been looking for a used Mazda and found one we wanted to see at this location. We already had a price quoted online (fast and good service) that was very reasonable. When we arrived we saw a Mazda 2 that looked exactly like what we had wanted in the first place (sub-compact...but we were willing to get a used Mazda 3), but we didn't even know the model existed. Mazda 2's, as it happens, won World Car of Year in the European market, but for some reason Mazda failed to really market it in the U.S. Anyway, George met us as soon as we arrived and offered to just let us look around at our own pace. He never pressured us, he was just very friendly and answered any questions we had. Working with him was a wonderful experience! We ended up getting a better deal on the new Mazda 2 that we wanted over the used car that we had first priced. Since this was my first new car purchase I was a bit concerned, but everyone at Neil Huffman were wonderful about explaining anything I didn't understand or had questions about. I would highly recommend this dealership, and George, to anyone considering buying a car! More
