Bad customer services Not a very good experience at the new car purchase! I ended up didn’t make the purchase due to wife wanted a different car! But that’s not the case I have bad review for this dealer! Here is my story! The sale Robert keep pushing to sale the car right the way! No knowledge on the car presenting, didn’t even show me the car functions or anything. All he say is all the new car drive the same! LOL… I insist wanted a test drive before making any decisions, and he give me credit app to sign before test drive! WOW, That’s the first time! Dude, I want to test drive before I make decision! I don’t want to sign any paper! after 20 min he is running in and out, he told me they don’t have SV model on the lot for me to test drive, they say they need to get the car from other lot and reschedule next week for test drive. I say I am ok with that, and I agree to leave $100 refundable deposit to hold the car. Few days later, after I did more research on the other cars, my wife want to get the Audi Q3 instead, so I email Robert to cancel test drive and we are no longer want the kicks SV and process to refund my deposit! I also left a message on the phone! 2 weeks pass, no refund no reply! I email two more times, and call and leave massage again! No reply and no refund. Up to day I write this review, is close to one month. Still no refund. This is a simple request from a future customer, and they fail to complete. I don’t think I will ever buy from this dealer in the future. My last source is to dispute the charge on the credit card. Hope my credit company will do something! So, is it a bad dealer, I did not have chance to experience that yet. But I am sure is not so good at customer services and responds! Or I may just run into a bad salesman! More
