If you Like thefts, Read here! Where do I begin? Courtesy late-night pick up is a joke. I spoke to Juan twice regarding this process and was told I can pick up my vehicle after hour Where do I begin? Courtesy late-night pick up is a joke. I spoke to Juan twice regarding this process and was told I can pick up my vehicle after hours. When I arrived, in less than 27 degree weather, I was outside, in the cold for an hour with no response from anyone. Everything was closed and I then had to take an Uber home as a result [strike 1]. Then, I come back the next day to pick up my car (finally) and once I walked in and said “I need to speak to a manger” one of the women or children- not sure what it was-POINTED to where the managers were standing instead of using their “big girl words” and offering customer service [strike 2] then I go over to speak with a manager- a Tall, polite man- and some sweaty, sloppy gentleman who was sitting all the way to the far left of the desk began cutting in on our conversation to mansplain how time worked; repeatedly said “Well ,we were closed. I don’t know how much clearer I can say that for you. Businesses open and then they close. We were closed”. Thank you, you must have definitely gone to Harvard. He did this numerous times which led me to believe he had a complex against women or he was PMS? Not sure. [strike 3]. At this point, I just wanted my car, it was absolute debacle. So, finally, I am taken to my car and I drive off far away from this horrible place. The End. Wait, no its not. Because as I’m driving, I notice that my car charger is gone. So not only did I experience lies, inept customer service from the biggest gang of losers and a general disregard for me as a paying customer who has been here multiple times, you stole my car charger. Next time, I’ll just let all four-tires roll off before I even cough in the direction of Nemet Nissan. Seriously, you guys are the worst. Thanks for everything. More
