I ended up taking the care before it was fixed because they were waiting for a part. They called saying the part was in and then arranged to give me a loaner car so they could make the repair. They had my car for 2 days and said they needed a different part, which should be in the following week. We switched back cars. That was 2 full weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything. This was my concern when I took the car. I said I didn't want to take it until it was fixed and ready to go, or it wouldn't get done. Now I have to continue to contact them about the part and I have yet to receive an answer on when they will have the part and when my car with be fixed. More

Made an online appt with the quicklane for an oil change. Came in and the guy said the appt system is broken but he could still get it done by the end of the day. Told him there was a squeak at startup that Came in and the guy said the appt system is broken but he could still get it done by the end of the day. Told him there was a squeak at startup that sounds like the belt or a pulley is going and to please check it out or let me know if I need to get another appt at the service center. Never received any indication my vehicle was done. Called late in the afternoon to verify it was done and yes it was done and he said they couldn't replicate the squeak and everything looked normal. 2 days later the water pump puked the entire reservoir of coolant and I had to get it towed. Needless to say I took it to a different dealer for the service. More
