My salesperson was extremely diligent in terms of providing information and follow up. I was undecided in terms of selecting another Lexus or going with another brand over a 5 week period. She did not pressure me - I found it to be an excellent experience without a lot of pressure. Refreshing!

I've been to New Country Lexus Service three times. The first two times were for regular scheduled maintenance. Both of these check-ups were performed quickly with informative information provided to me after the maintenance was completed.
The third time was for a some recall work. Everything went very smoothly. Michael Mordoff, a Senior Advisor, scheduled a pickup for me early in the morning so that all work could be completed on the same day. He explained to me all of the work that needed to be performed for the recall, answered questions that I had, and also performed some routine checkup, fluids, tires, etc. for me. Throughout the process he kept me informed via text and work was completed on schedule. Very pleased with the knowledge and efficiency of the overall service.
I also had the opportunity to talk to Michael Buchbinder, the General Manager of New County Lexus who was extremely helpful Thank you to everyone at New County. Highly recommend.
