Thanks Brett for taking care of my Vette so quickly and efficiently! It's nice to have it back on the road again knowing I can now STOP!!!!!! I had that vehicle in storage for so long I forgot how nice it is to drive.

My Review of New Prague Ford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Needed to buy a used car for my boys to drive and wanted to find something that was checked out by a dealer knowing that the dealership does a safety check on the vehicles on their lot so the peace of mind factor was a big plus.

Thanks Kyle for finding us a great car for the money. The Ford Focus is perfect and gets great economy! We have had the car about 6 weeks now and have had ZERO issues with it. We'll be back in the future!

I purchased a new Ford Explorer in January of 2011. Everyone very helpful and each time returning to dealership for oil change - it is fast, courteous atomosphere.
Also someone is always available to answer any questions that I may have (lots of "bells and whistles"). I definitely would recommend your establishment to everyone.

Love this dealership!! Brian has the patience of a saint and was unbelievably helpful....even on his days off. My boyfriend and I both agreed working with Brian and New Prague Ford was hands down the best car buying experience ever. In about 2-3 years we will definitely be calling Brian to help us find our new truck. He went above and beyond making sure I got the car that we wanted and answered the million and six emails we sent him. He is the best!

My Review of New Prague Ford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Finance managers, Jeff Wiley and Tim Fleury pulled a rabbit outa their hat for me. I had a bankruptcy and so so credit re-established. The day I decided to go down and fill out financing, I found the truck I had been looking for, they found me an interest rate and payment I could deal with and drove it home same day. WOW. I mentioned a set of ladder racks would work out nice to. They told me to come back next week and they will install them. NICE. Did I mention these guys were not salesmen.
Warranty Work. Bar-none. Used vehicle- pretty much as is. Had an issue with defroster and front end alignment , These guys did'nt squirm one bit at rectifying the problem. NO CHARGE. BOTTOM LINE - THIS DEALERSHIP WANTS HAPPY CUSTOMERS.
I will definitely consider buying next vehicle here.

There is lots of reason for me to rate this dealership and this sales consultant so high is because of very professional handling of the deal. All my questions were either answered right on the spot or soon after by Cassie or by another consultant. The connecting of the Microsoft Sync was well handled, the repair of my previous vehicle was handled very well in the service area, too. Ther surounding personel were also friendly and made me feel very comfortable being there. I will reccommend to any friend to come to New Prague to buy a car. I don't think this experience can be beat!

My Review of New Prague Ford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
We have purchased many vehicles through New Prague Ford . For many of those vehicles we worked with Brian. He always helps us make the best deal possible and is awesome on following up with whatever we need. Brian has never been pushy or has ever made us feel rushed in any vehicle purchase we have made. We continue to come back and shop because of the great customer service (from all departments), being local and the convenience of it all. With life being very busy we don't often have a lot of time to spend days on end trying to purchase a vehicle.

Our last vehicle purchase on 4/28/12 was again, amazingly easy. The whole process was extremely fast!! With a few calls to Brian and some e-mails that morning (online applications are quick and easy) we were done in a couple of hours. Brian knew we had something important going on later that day and had us in and out of the dealership quickly....which we were very thankful for! It is great to work with someone who listens to your needs and truly cares. With New Prague Ford we are always treated fairly and the process is never stressful! Thank you New Prague Ford AND Brian...we will be back!!
