I purchased a new Lexus on May 3, 2024. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. It took two weeks from my initial inquiry to close the deal. Mitch Stayberg, the internet sales representative for Newport Lexus, responded quickly, clearly and professionally to each and every communication I had with him(phone, text and email). It took two weeks from my initial inquiry to complete the purchase. Mitch found the exact(hard to find model) in transit, negotiated the purchase price and accepted the deposit within 48 hours of my first inquiry. He kept me up to date on the shipping status and delivery date and set a convenient appointment time for me to pick up the vehicle. The entire purchase appointment at the dealership took under two hours including test drive, all finance paperwork and vehicle orientation. I traveled 100 miles to buy a car here. The prices (shockingly, considering it’s Newport Beach) were the best of any dealer in the radius, and the service is spectacular. Some dealerships don’t have assigned service reps and this often leads to them contradicting each other or having to check with the other rep.
