Brian was terrific to work with. He knew we needed time to decide and offered his assistance when we were ready. He accommodated our schedule, he found the vehicle we wanted even tho He knew we needed time to decide and offered his assistance when we were ready. He accommodated our schedule, he found the vehicle we wanted even though it wasn't on the lot and made sure it was delivered the next day. Brian came in on his day off to finalize the deal and pleasantly showed us the features on our new car. I look forward to trading in my other one with Niello and only hope Brian's available then as well. More
