Ronald made my whole service experience easy and comfortable. He went out of his way to make sure I felt at home while waiting and offered to drive me somewhere locally while I waited for my car. I just stayed in the waiting room but it’s was nice that he offered. Ronald also gave me realistic time estimates for the work, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out the service department had finished well under the projected time. I was shown a variety of options of different services that Ronald was willing to have added to my ticket but wasn’t pressured or lied to in order to increase the price. It felt comfortable and right. Ronald and Neillo far exceeded my expectations. Thank you. More

Travis & Brandon both were super helpful and I enjoyed working with them both. What is frustrating is that the spoiler on the car is a different white than the white of the car. The two of them looked int working with them both. What is frustrating is that the spoiler on the car is a different white than the white of the car. The two of them looked into it and found that it is actually on all of the white Tiguan's. They advised that the color match wouldn't be covered under warranty because it seemed to be "stock" for the line. They advise I reach out to VW of America and see what they can do. I am not trying to be difficult but for someone who has owned 5 other VW vehicles, this is a first! I'd love for it to match so I'll try to reach out to VW and see if they can approve the adjustment. Shoutout to Travis for the help! More
