SPECIAL ORDER Best buying experiance yet. Told Pam Stankiwicz what I wanted, she looked in the immediate area, and nothing jumped off the sheets at me. Met with Ala Best buying experiance yet. Told Pam Stankiwicz what I wanted, she looked in the immediate area, and nothing jumped off the sheets at me. Met with Alan Prevost and he guided me through the ordering process. Left my deposit and 8 weeks later my 2017 GMC Sierra SLE, Z71,LWB,SRW, Duramax was ready for pickup. I opted for the GMC Paint Protection, and window tinting by the dealership and almost everything was perfect. Very minor issue that could have become huge if I did not do a really close and through once over of the entire truck. The DEF fill cap was left off and some of the liquid got sprayed on the nearby engine components. They cleand it right up, Ian Barnett finished all the purchasing documents, got a quick refresher on the MyLink system, activated OnStar, and I was on my way. I told him I did not want to be sitting there "hostage" My financing took some work due to I was already in an upside down loan but he was just as determined to get me into something new as I was... he was such a pleasure to work with and kept me laughing which helped pass the time while waiting for the finance dept. to get me a payment I can live with.... Kyle in the finance worked wonders with my numbers and I am very grateful.... I drove off the showroom floor the first time in my life with a brand new car! More
