Scammed Got a call from Erica 2/1/17 stating they would work the deal discussed on 1/31/17 with Steve merrit. When I got there in which was my 3rd visit. Foun Got a call from Erica 2/1/17 stating they would work the deal discussed on 1/31/17 with Steve merrit. When I got there in which was my 3rd visit. Found out from Deborah c/s manager after complaining and asking to pull cs recordings after she advise all calls recorded about the misleading info Erica told that me to get me back in. Steve Merrit changed the numbers to get a sale. Pam did the best she could to fix his mess that no one advised her of. I complained to sales manager John to be told if I was not statisfed to return the truck. I called corporate to submit a complaint and they spoke to a sales manager Trent that lied and stated I looked at 2 trucks and I knew they switched the deal. I never heard of or seen Trent face before so I'm confused how he even had a version of a story to tell ...however he's a liar! Issue is I came with my own 38,000 ck from my credit union. I went to 5 dealerships shopping the deals before deciding and had the option to get 2017 Camry, equinox, traverse, impala or terrain. I really try to treat people how I wanted to be treated. I know I am a pleasant person and didn't deserve to be screwed over like this. I suggest you stay away they stick together it's a fact! Steve should have been reprimanded! It's not ok to be a liar to make sales. Character counts GMC!!! More
