Great Customer Service We stopped in the dealership to look for a new car and Michael Crabtree met us in the parking lot and asked us what we were looking for. We then went inside and he showed us one vehicle but it was going to be out of are price. He then found another vehicle and showed us and worked to get us a great deal. He was a great salesman with a great attitude and great customer service skills and very caring and knowledgeable . I would highly recommend other customers to him and if I need another car that is where we will come. The manager Jason Basalay also was a great asset because Michael and Jason worked together to get this new vehicle for us and we are grateful for their outstanding service and even the finance department was great and on top of everything. Scott didn't let that be an obstacle and instead found all the rebates and discounts to get her to the right price AND literally got me top dollar for my trade. They were able to finance at a better rate than my credit union, and the rest as they say is history. Love my new Sierra! Truly appreciate Scott and the entire nimnicht team- who apparently I'll become quite acquainted with since I also have 4 years of service covered and a vacuum/wax every 6 months (not a detailing.. but I'll take someone else cleaning my truck twice a year! :) ) More
