Wheel Cleaner DAMAGED ETCHED my WHEELS!! Damaged Wheels with soap?? $4,000 worth of wheels down the drain!! The service department is the worst! After saying my truck was ready, upon inspec Damaged Wheels with soap?? $4,000 worth of wheels down the drain!! The service department is the worst! After saying my truck was ready, upon inspection, they had not done the work, back of seat was broken, on my new truck, and falling off. Then they washed my truck as part of their policy and when I picked it up I noticed some water stains, I thought, on my wheels. When I got home, it was not water stains but apparently the soap or wheel cleaner etched and ruined my wheels. I called, went back up there the very next morning and they said, sorry. I called Mr Nimnicht III himself, he said too bad and hung up. Now I have to sue!! Any one else have damage from the cleaners they use??? More
