Professional and courteous staff at this dealership. Took my Rouge to this dealership for a warranty issue. They fixed 2 issues and did an oil change. The dealership that I initially went to, on a Saturday, had only a skeleton crew and no Nissan specialist. But they could look at it on Monday. I was out of town for work, had to be in a different town foe work on Monday. Fortunately, my Rouge started with no issues and I drove to Redlands to get it fixed. Thank you Nissan of Redlands!! More

I brought my car in 2 weeks (or less) after I bought it to complain about the brakes. They inspected them; told me the front brakes were NEW, and the back brakes were "nearly" new. They said they turned to complain about the brakes. They inspected them; told me the front brakes were NEW, and the back brakes were "nearly" new. They said they turned the rotors. So, last week, when I brought the car in for servicing, they said I needed brakes; that the pads were down to almost nothing, and needed to be replaced at the tune of almost $400. So, obviously, when they said they had inspected them when I complained, they DIDN'T inspect them! Dennis, the great service writer went to the manager, who okayed replacing the brakes for free; that's the reason I didn't give them a lower rating. More
